About Me

I am a compassionate, integrative counsellor and creative art psychotherapist, offering adults and adolescents a warm, safe and non-judgemental space to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, recognising that every individual is different. I work collaboratively with clients, at their own pace, helping them develop greater self-awareness, resilience and confidence while exploring the challenges they may be facing.
My background in education, healthcare and high-pressure service environments has shaped me into a therapist who is calm, adaptable and emotionally attuned. It has strengthened my ability to listen without judgement, communicate with sensitivity, build trust and support people through times of stress, uncertainty and vulnerability. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has also taught me the importance of meeting each person where they are and respecting their individual experiences.
As an art psychotherapist, I can incorporate creative approaches where they feel helpful. No artistic ability or experience is needed - creative expression can simply offer another way of exploring feelings that may sometimes be difficult to put into words.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Art Psychotherapy and a Professional Certificate in Adolescent Psychotherapy.
I am also an IACP Pre-Accredited Member.
Fostering growth through compassion, acceptance and trust in your unique journey.
